The Submission of the CRTI Proposal

I have worked for three weeks to prepare the CRTI Proposal on emergency response. A lot of dramas when dealing with the administration issues. I have learned my lessons. In general, I need to be more patient, more positive, more professional when dealing with people. Very different from research work. At the end, I was still able to move this project forward with some flaws. After all these past, I am very calm and released with what I have gained.
