It is a nightmare to write a research project proposal. Besides the part to talk about the research, you have a lot of overhead to fill the forms and get the signatures. This time, I wait to the last minute.

That is a good point that the funds should be given in small amount and to diversity requests. I found some people are attracting too much funding and controlling one domain.
